Coaching for the Whole Person
To create a group that helps each member live their best life by taking meaningful steps toward becoming the best possible version of themselves.
Group coaching is a shared commitment between the facilitator and all participants. By signing below and taking part in the program, you agree to the terms set out in this Agreement.
As facilitator, it is my responsibility to guide the process of setting and monitoring goals and outcomes. As a participant, you agree to support, honor, and value every member of the group. Feedback is offered constructively and without judgment, and each participant decides for themselves whether to act on it.
While coaching can complement therapy, it is not therapy. If a need for therapy arises after coaching begins, another provider will be recommended. Coaching may continue alongside therapy, though a release authorizing the sharing of information may be required.
Within the group, all information shared is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, mandatory reporting of abuse or threats of harm). In all telephone and online communications, every participant agrees to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the group.
All group coaching fees are due before the first session; payment secures your place in the group. Coaching is not covered by insurance, as it is not a medically necessary service. Most major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash, check, and cashier’s check. Returned checks incur a fee of $ .
Group sessions generally cannot be rescheduled, and fees are non-refundable except at the coach’s discretion. If a session must be moved, every effort will be made to accommodate the majority of participants. You may not be able to attend every session; please notify your coach as far in advance as possible when you cannot attend.
By signing, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement. Your coach does not guarantee or warrant specific results and provides only services within their skill set. You agree to take responsibility for your own results from participating in the program.
Your coach’s role is to guide the group, facilitate conversation, provide resources, and help the group work together—but it is up to you to take action and produce results.
All participants agree to the following:
Portions of the program may be filmed, recorded, or captured by photo or video for program delivery. By participating, you consent to Dynamic Human LLC using such recorded material in connection with the program. If you have concerns about being recorded, please notify your coach before the program begins.
Participants who do not meet the standards above may be removed from the program. No refund will be given to a participant who is released from the program for failure to comply.
